Regional Route-To-Consumer Manager Position
The first position available is for a Regional Route-To-Consumer Manager based in Lagos.
The successful candidate should have a B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Sales, Social Science, or a related field and at least five years of sales management experience, preferably in a blue chip FMCG company.
The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team, project management skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Regional Sales Capability Manager Position
The Regional Sales Capability Manager position is also based in Lagos.
The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Sales, Trade Marketing, or a related social science discipline and at least seven years of sales experience in a large FMCG company or similar role.
They must also possess strong field sales skills and have demonstrated passion and skill for training and developing team members.
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to deliver sales capability agenda through colleagues who are not direct reports, and strong influence skills to prioritize capability development.
Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing Manager Position
The Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing Manager position is also based in Lagos.
The successful candidate should have a B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales, or a related field and a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience.
At least two years of experience in trade or customer marketing and experience in sales at a blue-chip FMCG company is desirable.
The position requires exceptional sales and negotiation skills, project management skills, and proficiency in IT and numerical skills, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Assistant Manager, Trade Development Position
The Assistant Manager, Trade Development position is based in Nigeria.
The position’s responsibilities include managing and developing FMN business relationships/performance with dealers to achieve objectives, overseeing the retail redistribution team to ensure monthly KPIs are met, coaching redistribution team in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, and conducting surveys and gathering market/competitive intelligence for management’s decision making.
The successful candidate should have a B.Sc. or HND in any discipline and at least two years of sales experience in FMCG.
They must be self-motivated, possess good people management skills, be self-driven and target-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
