For all new FUTO students, the very first and most crucial step in the registration process is to verify your O’ level results. You must do this first, above all else.
Once you’ve got your O’ level results in order, you can move on to other important things like setting up your student profile, checking your profile details, paying your acceptance fee, and taking care of your school fees.

FUTO Admission Process
If you’re a new student at FUTO, here are the steps to check your admission status and verify your O’ level results:
Step 1: Check Admission Status
- Go to the University website at https://futo.edu.ng.
Step 2: Find “Prospective Student”
- Look for the section on the website that says “Prospective Student” and click on it.
Step 3: Check Admission Status
- Within the “Prospective Student” section, find and click on “Check Admission Status” to confirm if you’ve been admitted.
Step 4: Choose the Right Year
- Next, select the option that says “click here to check 2020/2021” Undergraduate admission status.
Step 5: Enter Your JAMB REG NO
- You’ll need to enter your JAMB REG NO (that’s your registration number for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) and then click the submit button.
After you’ve checked your admission status and confirmed that you’ve been admitted, the next step is to verify your O’ level results.
To do this, you’ll need to provide details like the year of the test, the exam number, and the scratch card pin.

FUTO Freshmen Payments

- Select “New student,” and from the drop-down menu, choose ‘Login.’
- Log in to your account.
- Click on “Pay Development Levy” to generate your payment invoice.
- Print the invoice, and then go to any bank to make the payment using your RRR code.
- Alternatively, you can make the payment online using credit/debit cards (Verve, Visa, MasterCards).
- After a successful payment, don’t forget to print the FUTO admission letter, validity form, and confirmation of admission form.
